Love the service we got at the Thomasville and classic home brands store. My husband and I had been looking for months for new family room furniture. We were helped by a lady named Vanessa Jeffries and a manager named Michael Martin. They knew that they where talking about and showed us the many options they had. I never thought I would say this but my husband was having fun as well. Usually I have to drag him out for these type of things. We ending up buying a sectional called edgemont and love it. The only problem now is the kids keep falling asleep on it instead of making it to there...

must read -horror story that could happen to you!!

PLEASE read this to help prevent future consumers from going through this. I can only imagine if I were a Senior Citizen or another more vunerable person.

-I was told I would have the furniture in 3 weeks
-I was then told 4-6 weeks
-Then, I was told 60-90 days
-I requested cancellation of the furniture order several times (AFTER RECEIVING RUDE SERVICE WHEN I FOLLOWED UP RE DELIVERY STATUS)
-I was then told I COULD NOT CANCEL THE ORDER because it was Custom Upholstery (NOTHING I HAVE IN WRITING STATES MY ORDER IS FOR CUSTOM UPHOLSTERY).
-I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau...
