i live there as well and HATE it. I have had my hot water heater leak all over my apartment, into the two apartments below me. i couldnt take a shower that morning and they didnt have any sympathy for me at all. i didnt know about the robberies but now im scared. i have a family that lives across from me that screams ALL the time.I would love to get out as well! i pay WAY too much to live in...

It was nice when I moved in but now it is awful. The Management stinks and it is loud and really mean neighbors. I do NOT recommend this place. Anything good written here was written by someone that DOES NOT live here. I have talked to many neighbors and they all agree it is getting worse everyday.

This is the worst place to live. The property has gone down hill. When I first moved in I thought this would be a great place because of the location. And now I regret it everyday that I wake up! PLEASE DONT MOVE IN Lots of vandalism takes place here. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!

I moved into the Woodlands a week before the fires in December 2005. The response I saw from staff members was extraordinary! They went out of their way to help the residents that were displaced.
