I will not shop anywhere else. Every time I have gone here the employees have been so nice and have gone out of their way more than once to help me. I have referred all of my friends and family to them and I get the same response from everyone. Even after the hurricane I had no power for 3 weeks and they let me charge my phone and laptop and also use their WiFi..... I would recomend this place to everyone if you want to be treated like a person and not a number. Thank you

What a great experience! The entire staff is very friendly and willing to do whatever they can to help you out.I had such a bad experience when I went to the corporate store but here they went above and beyond when my phone went for a swim.
The people there need to learn their math before writing contracts for people. After they screwed up my bill, which they admitted doing, they still did not help. They will tell you one thing and then act surprised when your bill is overcharged. They take no responsibility for their mistake and treated me like I'm the jerk. Sorry I paid $800 to add a line get 2 phones and a jetpack that I was overcharged for. Then pay $400 on my next bill. And then be overcharged about $70 on the bill after that. You people are useless and run a business like bullies. Basically they lie about prices that you know you can afford and then when your bill is significantly more than they stated, you're left with them saying oh well. Thankfully verizon customer support covered your negligence. And by the way, you sell phones. Aim high guys
