WINE FOR THE REST OF US... At some point in history, wine became unapproachable, complicated, aristocratic. Well, it didn't start that way and we've created an atmosphere to prove it. The Winehouse is elegant yet casual, smoke free, intimate and always welcoming. IT'S ABOUT TASTE... If you like it, then it's good wine. Feel free to taste first if you can't decide or ask for a recommendation....

I don't usually write reviews, expecting a decent meal when I go to a restaurant. This experience was so bad it deserves one. Went to Winehouse yesterday for the first time for a medical dinner. Service was poor-- slow slow slow! Venue was noisy (echo-y with a live trio in the room in which we were straining to hear an excellent speaker). Appetizers were dried out cheeses and strange artichoke...

If you think the Winehouse is too expensive then I refer you to www.restaurant.com where you can get certificates at discounted rates. That's the only time I can afford to go here.
