Spend millions on a hotel, which was pretty nice, but your first (a last) impression are the terrible shuttle vans. As a Westin, I'd expect much nicer transportation services. It was interesting that despite a generally present stay our group kept bringing up the nasty old shuttles. The drivers' service was also poor, like slamming the back doors very loudly...

Nice Hotel

I stayed here for a weekend. The hotel us very nice and quiet. The front desk staff are great. The restaurant staff was also great. The only downside was $12.99 a day for wifi. And the restaurant was way overpriced. There isn't anything in walking distance unless it's another hotel.
