Absolutely TERRIBLE! We have only been here a month and it has been issue after issue. The management is the most unorganized and unprofessional group of employees I have ever dealt with. Stay away!! Management is incompetent and extremely unprofessional. You will NOT be placed in the renovated unit they show you during your tour. 95% of the apartments look absolutely nothing like the lovely apartment they advertise on their website and most appliances don't work. (We've been using a broken washing machine for TWO years...good luck to whoever moves into 306)
