Yes average is what this apartment is indeed. I've lived here for nearly a year and so far okay; I live on the second floor and I am frequently startled by what sounds like a stampede above and around me. Walls thinner than Kylie Jenner's original pout! And maintenance, what maintenance?! I have on numerous occasions called to report malfunctions regarding regarding running toilets, broken...

i got me a 2 bd rm 2bath all good nice feature wide living but don't allow pit Bulls regards I have a dog and he looks pit but not pit the manger won't when play or check out my dog to see for any danger she just looked and said oh he not allow because he is pit bull ! and they wan 400 that is deposit and fee plus 15.00for ea month along with the rent and here you gotta pay 15.00 for a vip...
