For what you pay here, you could get much better elsewhere. Nothing ever gets fixed on any reasonable time frame and dealing with anyone that works here is a joke. These people have no sense of professionalism and couldn't be more off putting when in the office. Endless threats through email are a regular occurrence and a regular joke among my roommates. I would absolutely not recommend this...

The Village is an ok place to live. The location is great and the apartments are very big. However maintenance is very slow and rarely listens to our complaints. Also we were told we were going to get new black leather furniture but when we arrived we had old hard uncomfortable furniture with stains everywhere and holes. If you get a nice apartment with no toilet issues this would be a great...

i am currently living at the village and i like the location and overall apartment. the maintanence is very slow with fixing problems and the gym equipment stays broken. the apartment itself is clean and big except for the kitchen. plenty of parking and great bus stops.

THE VILLAGE OF BLACKSBURG IS TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, our stairs have collapsed... twice. When I originally walked into my apartment there was hair in the bathtub, and food still on the counter tops from over a year ago. Its disgusting, and way over priced. When i complained to management they responded, its student housing what do you expect.

Save your money. For what you are living in, the cost is absolutely ridiculous. This apartment complex is a joke. And, they'll charge you an obscene amount for the smallest things just so they can pay off their problems that already existed upon move-in. Much better living found elsewhere close to campus (and for a lot cheaper). Very dissatisfied customer, but happy to finally leave.
