My husband and I rented a 10x10 space yesterday afternoon. They have us an option of buying their lock or bringing one of ours. We told them we would bring ours, we have several. They told us they were taking their lock off right then. We told them to make sure they did because that day and the next day is the only days we had to move. Well....we come back with our stuff and the lock is not...

My family has used the Vault ever since I was a child. This place is secure, with a great staff. Definitely a good place for storage, though not as cheap as some of the chains.
