Terrible follow-up support. Shipped a package while their computers were down and had a tough time getting a tracking number. The following day I called to get additional info on scheduled delivery because it was not showing up on UPS site. They would not call UPS to find out why and told me to do it. After I called UPS they told me that all the info was not entered properly at the store. I...
Not happy at all with their service. Called to inquire about some rates on mail boxes. The first time I called I was place on hold and after 10 minutes the call was disconnected. Called again a second time...once again placed on hold and after 10 minutes the call was disconnected. Won't be calling them again....
