I was dropping off some College Textbooks that i had rented from chegg.com and Ashley was very helpful, I was sent the books in 2 separate boxes but only had one return label, so I was prepared to buy a bigger box for all 4 books. but nooo. Even though it was busy in there Ashley took the time to make a big box out of the two small ones and saved me time and money. The other customers were all pleased with her going out of the way too and had no problem waiting. This is Hands down the best UPS Store I have been to. The staff was very fun and efficient, young and energetic. and they are dressed nicely. not the usual brown UPS gear. They make it a very pleasant environment. A++ to UPS and A+++++ to Ashley
Normally pretty good, but a few issues here today; first, I had an important package to ship. I knew I was going to pay an arm and leg for packaging, but oh well. prepare for a world of rudeness and attitude from 2 of it female employees. 1 of which is the manager ashley. a group of customers and I witnessed her and her other coworker brag about how she just hung up the phone on a complaining customer who was questioning her too much.
