The owner of this store is a crook. After your package has already been shipped, he tells you that you're going to have to pay additional fees. Since he has possession of the package, there's nothing that you can do besides pay.

Middle Eastern guy, I guess it was Ali, was very nice and said that they no longer have notary service anymore but Keller Realty next door did it for a few bucks.

I wish I read the reviews before I went there. It is right down the street from my house but I will never return to this UPS store ever again. The owner was unbelievably rude. I am still in shock. The guy spent 5 minutes playing with his computer then told me it would cost $120 to ship a package to Japan. He offered no other options to bring the price down. I shipped the package via USPS for $12 a few minutes later, what a joke
