the worst experience I ever had mailing anything.

i went to the ups store in lumberton nj, to mail my daughter a bike in Rhode Island.where she is doing her externship as a chef we went to ups because they say we ship anything just like it is. well this is not true.I took them a fully assembled bike the bike she got was disassemble ,the box had been open and the screw for the front tire was missing. i called ups and the issue is still not resolved. needless to say she is still walking.
