They overcharge rates add a few inches to make a package larger than it is, and definitely add a few pounds to make it cost more. I swear Im so disgusted at them overcharging me and would not even...

I cannot even reach a star. Several customers waited outside and 10 minutes after the time they were suppose to open, not even a light on. Not customer focused at all. Go to The UPS store up by Hydraulic Road, polite and professional.

This is by far my favorite ice cream place in Charlottesville even if I don't go there often. I've never had a bad experience and the few flavors of ice cream I've tried have been excellent!
