I recently shipped food and had questions about how to package items with dry ice and what services were available and how fast etc. The staff at this UPS Store were very helpful and knowledgable!

the personnel is nice, but they (especially the owner) feels no need to be honest when it comes to pricing. the last time i was there told me i would have to ship a smaller to mid-sized package for not only a heafty 24$ but would have to pay to put it in a 'standard and needed' box. well the united states postal service glady took it, packed as it was, for a mere 6.50$ flat with delivery...
