I applied to rent here, was shown an uninhabitable unit and got into a prolonged dispute about getting my original amount of money back after being threatened when coming in to view the unit. Would not recommend, these people are shady and evil.
Stay away if you can! I continue to have nothing but problems with this place.

There's one ok thing about this complex. It's cheap. But you get what you pay for! Since we moved in, we've had nothing but issues! Bug infestations, flooding, faucets leaking water, etc etc. it was bought out by another company and slowly getting better. The issue is they are more concerned about making the outside look good than fixing what residents are having issues with. Avoid moving here!
After 4 years of asking for repairs to be made, bugs (Roaches and Bed bugs) to be dealt with, and constant lies from management, we are moving out. The laundry facility has been torn up since Memorial Day, we went 7 days in December 2014 with NO hot water and management refused to temporarily relocate us. The whole building is rampant with Bed bugs and roaches. Rent goes up ever single time...

The washers and dryers are expensive and are broken half the time. There's no security at all. Our cars have been broken into regularly, and locks on our bikes were cut and stolen. I've seen drug...
