Staff is clueless pool area smelled so bad because of several overflowing dumpsters nearby. Room wouldn't cool off until later on in the night.

a lot of street noise. trains and loud music from events in motel. it is old and needs updating. Our seemed crowded. The shuttle driver was good

Worst stay ever.

The air was not working in the halls an elevators the elevator door slammed on my daughter. We called twice and they said the pool was open and when we got there it was closed they were remodeling it. My dughters room was not ready and when they gave her a key to it a hour later it already had someone staying in it.

The staff was so nice and were very accommodating when my group left the keys in the rooms. Clean! Was three blocks from where we were going for a bachelorette party. Will stay here again.

The hotel is located just a short walk from the Space Center and other downtown entertainment venues. The hotel is over priced and over rated. The restaurant is closed most of the time.
