We were first time home buyers and we previously lost a short sale home with a different realtor. It was a long and almost impossible transaction. I almost gave up at a point but this team kept encouraging me. They stayed on top of everything and truly cares about their clients, not like most others that are just trying to get you to purchase a home just to make a quick sale. They anticipates the next step and removes any roadblocks before you get there. As a realtor, this team is the total package. You rarely find that nowadays. So many questions needed to be answered yet they have been patient with me and was readily available throughout the entire process.
