This apartment complex is only about a year old and it shows from the clubhouse to the apartments and surrounding property. Amenities are abundant and there are often special social events to be a part of if interested. Proximity to I75 is easy and there are several shops and restaurants in walking distance as well.

very disappointed.. not worth the $$$

I fell in love with the built-in Bluetooth speakers but that's about it sad to say... Only lived here for 6 months so far and it's been nothing but issues as far as security is concerned. I was more than sure before any lease was signed they mentioned there was on site patrol but I haven't seen a peace officer or anything similar yet.
