I lived at The Reserve at Fairway Hills for 3 years while saving to purchase a house and I loved it. I have recommended it to my friends and family. My town home was very spacious and since I work at Crestwood Hospital it was a very convenient location. I could drive to work in 5 minutes! The office staff is awesome and always attended to my every need. These are great apartments!

I have lived at The Reserve at Fairway Hills for 5 years and really enjoy my town home. The location is awesome! I work on Redstone Arsenal and gate one is just right down the street. The staff is very friendly! I would recommend if you are looking for a place to live to check them out very affordable also!

6 moths with no lights in parking lots because they were understaffed. Roach, mice, and wasp infested. Black mold. They fix nothing and claim no problems. There was a flood that was their fault, didn't replace the carpet and then charged me for carpet replacement when I moved. Sabrina the office manager is a liar and vindictive. Basically don't rent here in a bad neighborhood and expect...
