Excellent place to live!!!! The property is well kept up, maintenance staff is awesome and office staff is awesome as well!!!! The best rental property I have ever lived at.

The Pointe at New Town's management company is very friendly. Service requests, including those made regarding common areas, are addressed quickly. If you're attending William and Mary, it's close enough to campus to be convenient while being far enough from Colonial Williamsburg to have reasonable rent. The management company is very approachable, and responds quickly to service requests. The apartment is far enough from the town center to be affordable, but close enough to be convenient for anyone attending the college. The area around the apartment has a significant number of shops and grocery stores, including a few within walking distance.
