Will not stand behind work

I asked the owner of the company, William Bennett, to come check a small leak on one of my water shut off valves after I had shut off the water. Mr. Bennett showed up 1 hour late (called at 8 pm, showed up at 9:50) and then after tightening one nut on a shut-off valve, I asked him to check the other shut off valves. He seemed to be in a rush but he grudgingly checked the other faucet shut-off...
