I've shopped here many times because have nice paper products; however, staff have never been remotely friendly or helpful. Today was the kicker. I was looking at Thanksgiving themed paper plates. Took a couple of pics to send to my sister in another town for her to select. Was told I couldn't take photos. I explained why I was doing it and was again told "no". Ok, I can live with that. I was searching for tractor napkins that were a ""must have"" for my dad's birthday party. I called. The staff was friendly and accurately described some very snazzy napkins. They called me back with pricing and count since I would be driving a distance to purchase them. When I called the next day to go pick up, the clerk had already placed all of that style at the register on hold for me! Very impressed! The only negative was parking at lunch time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this store for its unusual variety not found at most party stores!!
