Dr. Mann really listens to what you have to say. He is extremely easy to talk to and clearly explains everything. He does not rush you into a surgical decision, he tries all avenues of relief first. He always has a smile on his face. His staff has always been courteous, helpful and they do it with a smile.

Office staff, dale and stacey.... Very poor customer service, tone of voice terrible, not very helpful. From the moment both answered the phone its the tone of irritation................... Been in customer service for 20 years (management) my son visted once. Next time,if there is a next time god forbid he gets hurt, i will gladly drive to virginia to see an orthopedic.
