The location of my apartment is fantastic close to I-95 and shopping, but the apartments are dated and the landscaping is kept up better than the apartments.

The property is kept looking nice. The office staff will lie to your face and promise u upgrades on cabinets, countertops, and appliances. Then u never see those things and rent keeps sky rocketing. They play favorites with the tenants. They loose work orders and claim the maintenance staff marked them as done. They come in and do inspections of ur home but nothing is ever fixed. They allow...

This is truly a great place to live. Their is always something new going on in the community from easter egg hunting to pool parties etc... Maintenance is great and very prompt. very friendly mainly elderly neighbors but never any drama. wonderful place to feel safe and raise your family...

I love living here, my apartment is large and has all brand new upgrades. The staff is great and helped with everything, maintenance is fast and helpful. The property is kept up very well and looks great!
