Help us make it rightIt takes anywhere from a week to 10 buisness days to get anything fixed. (even major repairs) the maintenance is never available on weekends and even though they classify appliances as an emergency item they will not even come out to fix it until today.(even though it was called in before they closed on friday)
I lived at Mansards in 2001 for 11 months and it was truly the WORST experience of my life. I called my mother more times to cry that year than should be allowed. First off, the property manager was a witch (and that is being nice). She was a blond, I think named Sharon who claimed to live on site. Each time I had a complaint she reacted as though I was being ridiculous.
Maintenance is horrible, 2 months to get a drain unclogged, AC barely works, ceiling leaks, they can't even replace a light bulb. Noisy obnoxious neighbors along with numerous calls to emergency services make this the place not to go.
This place sucks! The AC doesnt work and it takes a week to fix it or a week n half of excuses. The railings fall off the balconies and the pipes leak. You will have a 30 item list of maintenance repairs needed within the first 48 hours of moving in!
My husband and I lived in the Mansards apartments for nearly two years, and I am here to tell you there are good in bad points to these apartments.
