Have been living here since May 2015. Great apartment in an amazing location. Apartment is brand new as they just finished construction and all furnishings are nice and modern. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Amenities are truly first class.

I love my apartment. Great gym on the first floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome location, minutes walk to restaurants, specialty stores, and the Macarthur Mall. The only issue is that the rooms are pretty small. I wouldn't recommend these apartments for a family. However, singles or couples will live comfortably!
I have a great one bedroom apartment with a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Each unit has it's own washer and dryer and a parking spot in the garage right next door. I always feel safe and welcome and that cannot be said for other apartments I've lived in. The staff goes out of their way to make life easier and they have always replied to any maintenance request, my refrigerator stopped working...
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. New residents are young professionals and lots of pets! New building with great finishes. Very convenient to downtown area (shops, restaurants, bars, mall, Town Point Park, etc). Safe and nearby covered parking garage included with the option for additional spaces @ $50/mo. Can't go wrong with living here. Only downside, units are somewhat small.
