I moved into the lakes in 2004. Within a month I was ready to move out. The r oach problem there is horrendous. The walls are paper thin and you can hear all of your neighbors no matter what. There are a bunch of people mulling around in the parking lot all the time. There doesn't seem to be any action taken from management on 10-15 people sharing a 2 bedroom apartment. The electriciy bills are through the roof to heat a 700 sq foot apartment. The laundry areas are filthy. My roomate's girlfriend had her purse snatched in the parking lot.
