My oldest daughter and niece have had two wonderful experiences at the Klumsy Moose. However, I was very disappointed with my four-year-old twins' visit on August 6. The atmosphere was very business-like. The room was absolutely silent the entire time we were there. The girls were not even asked their names until we purchased lip gloss, and the stylist needed to write their names on the packages. I called to express my concerns on August 7 and was reassured that I would receive a call from the owner. Unfortunately, my call was never returned. I felt the girls were reprimanded for spinning in the chairs and touching soap that looked like ice cream (it was on the same table as the candy we were purchasing), but never spoken to in a kind way. At one point, one woman told my children (in a very rude tone) that they were able to come to the Klumsy Moose "all the time" and should feel lucky. While my older daughter had been before, the twins had not. As a teacher, I know that 95% of behavior problems occur when children are not engaged. It is very sad that my girls were not engaged, especially considering the nature of this business. Prior to this visit, my sister and I had planned to bring our children to the ice-cream social. However, if my children are treated poorly in my presence, I do not trust they would be treated appropriately in my absence. Although the girls had looked forward to their spa day, and my mom and I tried spin it in a positive light, the words of one of my girls summed up the experience: "next time can we do something fun - with nice people."
I left feedback on their facebook page, but it was deleted within 12 hours. Of course the owners/managers never addressed any of my concerns :(

Highly recommended. The cutest girls clothes that you can dress up or casual. Huge variety of different cute outfits and bows and accersories. Friendly staff lots of room to look and see what they have. Adorable party room for girls to get there nails done. Look forward to a lot of shopping and the prices are great as well. Must see the store and shop!!!

Visited the Klumsy Moose today for there grand opening and the store is absolutely adorable! They have a huge selection for babies and toddler and even go up to a size 6x in clothing which is wonderful! They have adorable gifts and blankets for baby showers and the cutest birthday collection. I purchased a ladybug raincoat with matching rainboots and a bag for my neice which she will love....
