I would highly recommend the Jewelers Workbench at the Steeplegate Mall in Concord NH. The customer service & work was great from fixing my Movado watch, to making custom rings & even getting me appraisals for my insurance company! The owner Greg prides himself on customer satisfaction and I will be returning for anything I might need in the future.

The Jeweler's Workbench has excellent customer service, a friendly & helpful staff, a fantastic selection and the best prices on gold around! I was very impressed during my recent visit by my outstanding experience. They really go above and beyond! I will definitely be using them again.

Best in Concord, NH. Gregg was fast, courteous, and clearly knows what he is doing. This family owned business is awesome. I would never go anywhere else to have a battery replaced, repair, or engraving.
