Over Labor Day weekend,I took my wife to the islands(Taylor's, Deale and Smith) in search of the best crab cake and soft shell crab sandwich. Can't say we found any bad ones,but the best soft shell,by far was Island Grille. Service was great! Price cheap,considering the cost of crab meat.

My wife and I eat here often with a lot of our friends. The food is very good and we all enjoy the service and the friendly staff! Anyone that writes a bad revue about this resturant must have a serious problem!!

I live nearby and frequent the island grille.
The food is great and reasonably priced.
I have been there many times when other customers of different ethnicities, races and sexual preferences where the customers were treated in the island Grill's usual welcoming way.

We walked in to the empty restaurant where the stench of grease hit us as we walked in.

This restaurant is really out in the boonies on the Eastern Shore. Not much to look at, but the food was well prepared and homemade. My French dip sandwich was made with in house roasted beef and served with fresh cut fries. The chicken strips in the buffalo chicken wrap were freshly made, not frozen.
