Lazy, poorly trained staff. Deceptive business practices. We reserved a 12 foot truck to serve as a mobile storage for our wedding. When we arrived they did not have the vehicle we reserved so they gave us a much larger truck than we needed. We accepted it, as we didn't have much choice, but it turned out to be a huge inconvenience.

Home Depot is too big

Like most other supersized box stores, Home Depot is too big for its own good: more often than not, I can't find what I need on my own. Then, I can't find a staff member. Then, the staff member doesn't know or gives vague directions to a 200 foot long aisle.

This store has a good inventory. The staff is pretty good, too. The prices could definitely be better. They seem to be priced well above other comparable stores.
