I promise I will never shop at this Home Depot or even TRY to call this store ever again. I just wasted 30 mins. by phone trying to order wood pellets. I got transferred a few times, then was on hold for 15 mins until I hung up, redialed, then was on hold another 15 mins until I hung up. Now I will call the Ellicott City store.

2 days before Thanksgiving the evening crew at Home Depot assisted me with purchasing a refrigerator after hours and then they delivered it to my home because the cash registers were shut down and we could not rent a truck. I am grateful for these men, I am grateful for their extreme customer service, I am grateful that my food did not go to waste before Thanksgiving.

Came into HD on 10/29 to pick up somethings and get a house key cut. Found a store manager (who acted very aloof) and he cut the key. The next morning at 5 am I get up to walk my dogs and found myself locked out of the house. The key was cut incorrectly! I was locked out of my home for several hours with my dogs and had to walk down Liberty road (from Tiverton to Old Court) to get my spare key...
