Honestly the employees here are awesome, of course every once in awhile you run into a bad apple but I've been there so many tines and yet to be disappointed. I think people should be aware that employees are not experts.

I am surprised by the poor reviews! I was really impressed- my first visit to this store and it was a great experience. A very helpful man greeted me and told me how to find exactly what I needed. 2 other employees assisted me throughout the store and thecashier was also nice. The level of service is way above menards, whose employees could usually care less about whether they help you or not.

I purchased 600 sf. of their Alure flooring for my lower level on their recommendation ,it all failed; the bond let loose.
