I sat on the phone for 20 minutes and never did get to speak to anyone. I called twice. The service is not to much better in person. I couldn't find anybody to help me and when I did finally flag someone down they sent me to the wrong aisle. The place is HUGE!!!!
This particular stores customer service is poor at best.
