I've been here more times than I can count and have never had a problem until today. Caught a little attitude from the woman who rang my return, not sure why. Our interaction was no longer than 2 minutes,but, the tone of her voice wasn't appreciated. I've worked retail and understand how hard and trying it can be, so I'll say this: I hope you're day gets better.

One of the poorest managed stores in the area. Employees are over worked, poorly trained, & under paid. It's no wonder they are always understaffed. This Home Depot is okay but many workers aren't knowledgeable at all...many are rude and seem bothered when you ask for help. I see them ask people if they need help only if they "look like" they have $. We can stand in a section for over an hour and NOBODY will ask if we need help. It's hard to even find someone to help.
