I lived here for a year, before moving out of town. The office staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. The area is beautiful, right next to lake Raleigh and bike trails.

We love The Greens! Despite its close proximity to NCSU, you won't find a lot of rowdy college kids here. The apartments are so so so nice - granite countertops, hardwood laminate, wood cabinets - that it really feels like a home. The staff is so friendly and helpful! By far the nicest apartment I have ever lived in.
