Beware!!! U can not bring in terminators and expect the roaches and other critters to disappear... If u don't mind roaches and no washer or dryer hook ups and tow services that tow ur car for no reason...harassment by cops...by all means its a great place for all of that!!

A good portion of the Tenants are racist and so are the kid's, which is sad. The Parents do not watch their kids so they are aloud to run around destroying and trashing the area around the buildings and the breezeways
