Buildings are clean, nice balconies, friendly staff and maintanance staff is prompt and fixes what breaks. Tennants seem to maintain their pets and trash is always picked up. On the bussline.

The Gates of West Bay... What can I say. I love it here. Katie and Kim are so awesome. They take very good care of their residents. I would not live any place else. When I moved here in 2009 I was hooked. I love the staff. Katie and Kim take very good of me and my family. Thank you ladies. Keep up the great work.

Management likes to pop an attitude with you when you report problems you have which by the way never ever ever get fixed, there are cockroaches all over the place, i had one come up the drain in the kitchen sink one day i was doing dishes, the AC is horrible it only cools down the two bedrooms and leaves the rest of the apartment feeling like a sauna, they are money-hungry savages that love...
