The Enclave is not an apartment, it is a utility company in disguise. even though it is highly illegal, they have made it so that you MUST buy cable from them. They charge twice as much as the the best packages around and the system barely functions at all! The internet is slower than dial up. The phone service still charges long distance fees, and the cable itself fails on a daily basis! No...
