I was looking for a Hunter Douglas certified repair center and I found The Design Emporium. They were able to get my blinds restrung at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the results.

The people at The Design Emporium are very very sweet and very articulate! They really seemed to know what they were talking about. I had a designer with me, and the People at Design Emporium knew what they were talking about, and knew their products. They were very efficient and did an immaculate job!

I would have given them a 5 but I wound up with 1.5 rolls left. I was a little distressed that I had to pay for that. Sarah from The Design Emporium explained that it wasn't an exact science. It was a relatively small bathroom. That was what I was little upset about during my experience. She told me she could not take back those rolls. I was overall satisfied with my experience with The Design...
