This apartment complex used to be a great place to live. Recently, they've started a ridiculous parking policy that makes it nearly impossible to have guests over. It's a huge hassle, there's no guest spots, and you can't even get more than one guest pass in a row. Don't bother bringing it up with the staff, most of them are rude and condescending. I have lived at the crossings for over 2 years now and have been very happy with my stay until some recent changes. It began when it snowed a few weeks ago and the lot was never cleared despite being told by staff that it would be taken care of within 24hrs. I have lived at The Crossings at Short Pump for over 4 years now, and I continue to renew my lease each year. I love the location, the grounds are beautiful, and the pool is a a resort style pool. I have established true friendships at my pool because it is such an inviting place to mingle with folks that love the amnemities, just like me! I am fortunate to live here, and feel blessed...

The staff associated with this complex are horrendous individuals. My father is a resident and was diagnosed with Alzheimer's several months ago which requires him to move into an assisted living...
