We started here because the center was new and was very impressive during our tour. After a month it was evident that the "learning" that we were told was taking place was non-existant. Many times when I would pick my son up he would have a lump on his head, or someone elses' kid was injured somehow. Children seemed to be running around rampantly. They had a kitchen but hadn''t yet passed their state inspection so they catered food in and passed on the increased cost to parents. We gave them our credit card information to streamline billing with promises of e-mailed receipts/invoices. Invoices were rarely received without asking for them, and at several points we were overcharged, once was even double charged. We put up with it for two years out of convenience before moving to another local daycare.
