Accommodations were attractive, clean and very comfortable. We didn't like the cold weather outside but there was plenty of hot water for showers and lots of heat available inside. Excellent food onsite and within a block's walk. Location was perfect for exploring and shopping and convenient for our boat-building sessions. The manager was gracious and helpful. Once again, the Chesapeake has done it! We went here Dec. '11 and again Dec. '12 and enjoyed the same gracious welcome at this beautiful little inn. Quality Hotel in Quaint Town

Loved our stay here - small little town with a soda fountain and great little small towns around to explore. Rooms are decorated top notch and fantastic little cookies in each room. Would definitely visit again for a weekend getaway.
