It's sooo worth living there to see Jamie (the assistant manager)! She is super-model hot! It's sports illustrated gone wild EVERYTIME I pay my rent. I like going in there so much I would be willing to pay someone else's rent! And the property is good for it's price, if you don't like it then move out! I hate when people say they don't like it somewhere but yet they have lived there for 5 years...
I've been living at THE CEDARS since 2006. Best placed I've lived after retiring from the NAVY. I've live all over EUROPE, VA BEACH and STAFFORD, VA. I get prompt and curtious service when a problem occurs. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.
The apartments have huge water bugs, also the paint is chipping. Some of the cabinets have water damage. The maintence crew is very friendly but that's not enough to make me want to live here again.
I went to check this place out for my son, and was shocked at the hoodlums in the parking lot. I could hardly drive around without almost hitting one. The place seems to be located in an adequate area, although the apartment attracts less troublesome people I'm afraid. We moved on to a better place near the beach. The office staff is friendly and always calls me by name. If I call and tell them something needs repaired, it is always done by the time I get home from work the next day. The geese can make a mess, but I really don't know what they could do about that. They have just made some improvements to the grounds.
