Crossroads Restaurant Review

After years of renovations to the historic Carolina Inn, Carolina Crossroads was the last corner of the hotel to make a change. Few other hotels in North Carolina carry as many emotional and loyal associations as this one. Owned (but not operated) by the University of North Carolina, it occupies sprawling redbrick premises that date from 1924 and have been artfully upgraded many times since. Part of its appeal derives from its public areas (an interconnected series of graciously appointed living rooms), which emit a...

I did not stay here overnight but am only commenting on a breakfast visit. Our party of five enjoyed excellent food (omelettes, pancakes, oatmeal) and five-star service. The property was beautiful. Will definitely return.

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat from walking all day on campus. Wonderful selection of wine, excellent mixed drink specials and several menus to choose from. We selected from both the bar and regular menus.
