Great bagels, but it took forever

I’ve been here three times. Twice I had to wait an extraordinarily long time for just two bagels. Yesterday, I waited 20 minutes!
They were busy but not swamped and had plenty of staff on-hand. I think one of my bagels got “lost.”

Stopped here for a quick breakfast into our way out of town. We ordered bagel sandwiches. They were tasty. The bagels aren’t huge which was nice. The girl at the counter was very friendly and polite.
