Did the work but didn't fix problem

We found The Arborist highly recommended on another online reviewing website, so thought we would try them. They removed and ground out the stump of a very old, large tree. They were a bit pricy but the work was done well. A second medium sized tree that was on its way out was added to the scope. Again, the charge was on the high side, but we had them remove the tree and plant a replacement...
