My Partner and I had eaten here several times over the last

three or fours years. Our food has always been very good,

the level of customer service/excellent and we will

continue to go back.

Actually, Siam is no longer in Herndon. It was bought out and the
name changed to Khun Ya' -- but it's still a Thai restaurant.

The food is still excellent though the service isn't quite
as good and the prices did go up. The menu still has vegetarian
selections, but the menu has changed from what Siam had. Some

Thai Town replaced Siam, a Herndon restaurant that was one of the paltry number of restaurants in Herndon when I moved out this way in 1990. Siam was great, and I was sorry to see it close. There was too much competition, I suppose, with the explosion of the Dotcom boom. Whatever the cause, Siam seemed to decline a little in its final years. We come here every other week. The vegetarian dishes are what we enjoy the most. The dishes have good varieties of ingredients and their sauces are excellent. The Pad Thai isn't the best in the area, but the food is good enough to warrant repeat visits. It is not a cheap restaurant, though, which is our only real complaint.

I have lived in The D.C. area all my life, and have dined at many of the area's Thai restaurants. I can say with full certainty that this is one of the Best!! The food is excellent and the service is more than exceptional. Rest assured, I am very picky when it comes to good Thai food! -Extremely friendly waiters and manager.
