They FIXED our transmission and my car tore up beside the road 15 minutes with a huge BANG! It had to be towed back to them. They have fixed it again within the first 6 months of the first time and it is out AGAIN. Wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to.

First off they were very rude the whole time. When we ask them to explain exactly what was wrong with the car they were rude. When I got the car back I noticed that 5 seats (holds 7) had been adjusted and by the mileage they had driven it quite a bit. I let it go because I was just glad to have my car back. Bought a truck from a local dealer in Pikeville. This dealer had Thackers supposedly do the transmission work just before I purchased the vehicle from the dealer. On my way home from the dealer, the tranny started shifting hard. I called Thackers and the guy who did the work never called me back. I took it to another tranny guy who said the tranny had never been rebuilt!! I saw the other...

They dont even deserve that one star .. let see whereto being they fixed my transmission 6 months ago since then it hat once andhass dropped out once .. since they "fixed" it this last time i had to have it towed to them because they forgot to put a nut back on which resulted in my tire coming off and my axl being pulled from my transmission ... it have done some fener damage .. these men...
